In 2020, I dove into presale home prep, working with homeowners, real estate agents, and contractors to create budget-friendly updates that helped homes sell for top dollar. I’ve also renovated my own home, host a short-term rental on Airbnb, and even spent three years on Airbnb’s marketing team—so I know firsthand what makes a space stand out and stay booked.
